Dev Raj Jassal - Valeti Boliyan
Earlier this week we were brought with the unfortunate news that Dev Raj Jassal had passed away due to a losing battle with pancreatic cancer. I was lucky enough to meet him on a couple of occasions whilst passing at a few events but never whilst he worked his magic in the studio.

It’s really amazing to find how much of an input Mr Jassal had within our industry, from his instrument playing (shown expertly in the track above) right up to his lyric writing but also not forgetting his vocal contributions. I also find it pretty difficult to summate into words how much I respect the work and efforts he put into the music that we hear each and every day. To say he will be missed is an understatement, his memory will live forever. Thank you Mr Dev Raj Jassal, I will always regard you as a legend.
